About

Hi, I’m Saxon.

I have over five years of experience working in the mental health and addiction field, both within various organisations and now in private practice. I hold a Bachelor in Addiction Studies from Wellington Institute of Technology, as well as certifications in Breathwork and Somatics from Yoga Union.

I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Client-Centred Practice and Motivational Interviewing. My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental and steady. I walk alongside you at your pace as you move through life’s challenges and work to heal what’s unresolved.

I’m passionate about supporting people to grow, shift and reconnect with their inner strength, no matter what they’ve been through. I believe in the power of talk therapy, especially when it’s grounded in a safe, aligned therapeutic relationship.

Outside of the therapy room, I find restoration in nature and joy in making music with my band.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to meet you where you’re at - with warmth, respect and genuine care.
