Services

At Grounded Grace Counselling, I integrate a range of evidence-based and holistic modalities to support each client’s unique healing journey.

These include person-centred therapy, trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioural techniques, inner child work, and somatic approaches that gently reconnect the mind and body. I also draw on mindfulness practices, narrative therapy and elements of nature-based and spiritual frameworks when appropriate.

My approach is flexible and intuitive, rooted in empathy, safety, and respect, allowing clients to feel seen, heard and empowered as they navigate their personal growth and healing.

Somatic Nervous System Reset Session

90 minute Session – $220

Therapy meets bodywork in a sacred, grounded setting.

These sessions are a powerful fusion of somatic therapy, intuitive energy work, and emotional release—held in a safe and sacred container beneath the trees in a peaceful semi-rural space.

Designed for those who feel like talk therapy alone isn’t reaching the deeper layers, this offering is for bodies that carry the weight of old trauma, stress, or emotional blocks that talking can’t always touch.

Together, we work with the body—gently, intuitively, respectfully. Through breath, presence, guided awareness, and hands-on energy alignment (with your full consent), we create space to release what no longer serves and reconnect with what does.

You may experience:

● Emotional or energetic release
● Deep nervous system regulation
● A sense of being reconnected to your body, intuition and inner clarity
● Relief from the heaviness or tightness that’s been stored physically

This is not just a session—it’s a return. A return to alignment. To truth. To grounded grace. Please wear comfortable clothing. Sessions are held in a private and serene indoor setting.

Guided Breath-Work & Somatic Sessions

50 minute Session – $160

50-minute nervous system regulation sessions with Saxon Brazier

These 50-minute sessions are designed to guide you gently back to safety within your own body. Through intentional breath-work, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed guidance, you’ll be supported to shift out of fight, flight, or freeze and return to a ventral vagal state — the place of balance, connection, and calm.

In this space, we access what Internal Family Systems (IFS) calls the 8 C’s of Self: calm, clarity, curiosity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity and connectedness.

Each session offers a guided sequence to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension and invite a deeper sense of presence. The work helps you come home to your body, grounded, open, and attuned to your inner wisdom.

Online and in-person sessions available.

Saxon provides a safe, confidential space to explore the underlying factors contributing to substance use.

Each session focuses on practical recovery tools, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention strategies to promote long-term wellbeing. Together, we work to strengthen self-awareness, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and support meaningful behavioural change at a sustainable pace.

While grounded in clinical expertise, the approach remains person-centred and compassionate - acknowledging that recovery is not just about reducing harm, but also about restoring connection, purpose and self-trust.
